This was especially important since I had relocated to our new location early on in the process. She was also very helpful in helping us secure buyers and putting up the ads on the various sites. The only issue I had was the scheduling of the visits. When I had sold a prior home, we used an app to manage visits so we knew in advance when a visit request was made. Too often requests were made at the last minutes which made it difficult since we had to quickly get 2 kids and our cats and dog out of the house.

With our family moving across the country and opting to purchase a new build, Jacqui was incredibly helpful in the home search and through the entirety of the process. Jacqui is very skilled at assessing the situation on when to take immediate action or when to be the calming presence. We were fortunate to have worked with Jacqui!

She was extremely familiar with market, and got me fully up to speed on what I could expect. She was extremely responsive, and if she did not have an answer immediately she would notify me that she was investigating and would get right back, not once was I left wondering or waiting on anything. I had plenty of questions on the negotiating and closing processes and she was always extremely pleasant and patient with me, not once did I feel like I was an annoyance or a hindrance as she calmly led the way... During our area visit to find the house, she helped us see many houses in a short time - including shifting schedules and working in houses not on the original list. After the sales agreement, she helped us work through inspections and follow ups. She also helped us learn the area as we looked at houses and provided a list of key contacts to make our transition easier.

She made looking for a new house fun! I had specific requirement for my house due to health issues. She listen and narrowed our search down to the house I finally bought. It is perfect and I couldn’t be happier. There are no stairs. Perfect! Everything is on one level. The kitchen is large with plenty of room to move around. The master bedroom is large with enough room to put my office complete with computer and filing cabinet. The best part is the back porch. It is large with most of it covered.
